We fix the part of dropshipping that breaks in Pakistan
PakDropship is a Pakistani multi-vendor platform: verified vendors supply the goods, resellers bring the customers, couriers collect cash on delivery, and the platform handles booking, tracking and payouts.
The problem we started with
Most Pakistanis who try dropshipping fail for the same three reasons: they have to buy stock before they have a buyer, they cannot get a cash-on-delivery account without a business history, and the delivery company's rate only becomes clear after the sale is already made.
PakDropship removes all three. A reseller never purchases inventory — the vendor's stock is listed at wholesale price and ships only after a customer order exists. COD is the default because that is how Pakistan buys, and the courier fee is calculated live at checkout from the actual pickup city, destination city, weight and collect amount. Everyone sees the numbers before they commit.
The platform is deliberately boring about the parts that need to be boring: who is allowed to sell (vendor KYC), where parcels are collected from (registered pickup addresses), what a return costs (published RTO handling fee) and when money moves (wallet settlement after courier confirmation).
How one order actually moves
Vendors list real stock
Verified vendors publish products with wholesale price, pickup city and available stock. Their KYC and pickup/return addresses sit on file before anything goes live.
Resellers sell at their own price
A reseller picks a product, sets the COD collect amount for the customer and places the order. No stock is bought in advance — the wholesale cost is recovered from the COD collection.
The parcel moves on a live courier
Booking goes out to the courier network (RunCourier, with Trax, PostEx and Leopards rates compared per order), the vendor's address travels as the pickup point, and tracking lands in the dashboard.
Money settles in wallets
After delivery and courier settlement, profit is credited to the reseller wallet and the wholesale amount to the vendor. Withdrawals open once the balance crosses the platform minimum.
What we hold to
No inventory, no advance
Registration is free for both sides and the model never asks a reseller to buy stock up front. That is the single biggest reason small sellers fail elsewhere — we removed it.
The real cost is shown before you sell
Courier charges are calculated from the vendor's pickup city, the customer's city, weight and COD amount at checkout, so margin is decided with numbers, not guesses.
Returns are written down, not hidden
RTO handling, refund, shipping and payout rules are published as separate policy pages instead of being buried in a support reply.
Vendors keep their side of the job
Vendors pack and hand over; couriers collect from their registered address. Vendors do not pay shipping or RTO fees, and they are paid the wholesale price after settlement.
